**The Green Building Convention takes place in Cape Town. Winners not based in Cape Town will be flown to Cape Town for the Convention. Travel and accommodation costs are covered by Growthpoint Properties.

Prizes:
First Prize:
R37 000, plus the chance to present at the 2024 GBCSA Convention Innovation Stage.
Second Prize:
R18 500, plus GBCSA Convention tickets.
Third Prize:
R12 500, plus GBCSA Convention tickets.
IFC Prize:
- A laptop valued at R16 000
- EDGE Expert training with GBCSA and exam fees.
- *Travel and accommodation allowance for the winner to attend the GBCSA convention and gala event in person
- *GBCSA Convention ticket for the in-person event
- Total prize value = R37 500
- Applicable only where the IFC prize winner was not selected as a winner in the two main categories.
